Starfield's Mascot : Pyxis
Pyxis is named after the constellation Pyxidis Nautica, the "Mariner's Compass," which was most notably used as a southern navigational point like Crux for sailors in the southern hemisphere!
She is a sweet & swim-obsessed goldador (Golden & Labrador mix) who loves to pick out different sticks during her walks. In fact, I'm conviced she believes her name is "Pick-Sticks" rather than "Pick-sis!"

I received my undergraduate degree from Taylor University, and I completed my Sports & Medical Massage Program through IWC. I love my field and enjoy doing my best to support other's self-care and well-being.
I'm a volunteer coach for the Twisters Special Olympics Hockey team ~ I love the sportsmanship and learning the game with the youngest skaters, as I took Figure Skating lessons first and have a lot to practice!
