By focusing less on specific muscle groups and their individual restrictions, Swedish stands out for calming the parasympathetic response (letting you zone out), improving circulation & lymphatic flow, and helping relieve sensory overload.

Once a package is purchased, the credits cannot be transferred to any other person, and will expire after 12 months.

The stated session length (60-120 minutes) is exclusively for your therapeutic, hands-on time. Therapeutic time means the time you spend on the table with the therapist applying your treatment.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time.

~ Complete paperwork,
~ Discuss session goals.
The session length does NOT include goal discussions or accepting payments afterwards.
If you need to leave by a specific time, PLEASE let me know during your in-take.

We accept HSA/FSA cards, checks, Venmo, cash, and all major credit and debit cards.
We do not submit to insurance, however we are working to gather all information you may need to personally submit a claim to your insurance for "Massage Therapy" (Swedish Massage) and "Manual Therapy" (Deep Tissue).
